Best Project Management Team - York Hospital Project (Tranche 3)

The CEF process is designed to produce an excellent project in a very efficient way.

York Hospital followed the CEF model exactly and completed their procurement and contract within the planned 7 month period.

The project was led by Brian Golding as Project manager from the Trust.

Richard Mellor (not in shot) was the financial lead and Adam Sadler the estates lead.
